What these terms cover

These are the terms for using Shilluminati Online and shyonsol.io, including the Android app. By playing, connecting a wallet or buying anything, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the app.

Shilluminati Online is run by the Shy on Solana community team. The Terms of sale cover the shop, the Official rules cover the Weekly League, tournaments and prizes, and the Privacy policy covers your data. They all apply alongside these terms.

Playing the game

Shilluminati Online is free to play in your browser and in the Android app. You can play as a guest. Some features need a profile or a connected wallet.

You never stake or risk money to play. Entering the Weekly League and tournaments is free, and Koban, the in-game coin, has no cash value.

Your profile and wallet

A profile is made for you when you first play. Keep to one profile and one wallet per person.

Connecting a Solana wallet only asks you to sign a free message. We never ask for your private keys or seed phrase, and neither will anyone on the team. Never share them with anyone who says they are us.

You are responsible for your wallet and your devices. Anyone who controls your wallet can sign in to your profile. We can't recover a lost wallet, and blockchain transactions can't be reversed.

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything, and prizes are for players 18 or older.

Fair play and how to behave

Play fair. Don't cheat, use more than one profile, collude in live matches, use bots or scripts to play for you, or exploit bugs. If you find a bug, tell us.

Be decent. Names, messages and anything else you post must not be hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal, must not pretend to be someone else, and must not advertise or scam. When these terms are broken we may change a name, remove content, reset scores, withhold prizes or suspend a profile.

What you give us

Your player name, look, scores, replays and public page are shown to other players, as the Privacy policy explains. You let us show them in the game, on leaderboards and in posts about the game.

If you send us a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything. Posts you make on X or Telegram are yours, and the rules of those services apply to them.

Our work

The game, its cards and art, the Shytoshi Shadows artwork, the code, the name and the logos belong to Shy on Solana and the artists and developers who made them. You can play, share screenshots and clips, and talk about the game. Don't copy, sell or scrape any part of it, or pass it off as your own.

Owning an NFT or a trophy doesn't give you ownership of the game or its code.

NFTs, $SHY and crypto

Shytoshi Shadows are NFTs on Solana. Holding one unlocks perks in the game, as the site explains. Trophies and other NFTs we send you are collectibles, and we don't promise they will be worth anything.

$SHY is a community token. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we make no promise about the price or value of $SHY, Shadows or any other token. Crypto can lose value, and you can lose all of it. Only use what you can afford to lose, and do your own research.

Prizes paid in $SHY come from the community marketing wallet, as the Official rules explain. You are responsible for any taxes on them.

Other services

The game works with services we don't run: Solana and its wallets, X, Telegram, Stripe for card payments, and your phone's app store. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what you do there, and we aren't responsible for them.

The Android app and the Solana dApp Store

If you got the Android app from the Solana dApp Store, these terms are an agreement between you and Shy on Solana only. Solana Mobile Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (the Solana Mobile Parties) are not parties to these terms. They did not make the app and have no responsibility or liability to you for it, its content, or anything you buy or win in it.

Questions, complaints and claims about the app come to us, not to Solana Mobile. The No warranty and limits on our responsibility section below also applies for the benefit of the Solana Mobile Parties.

Availability and changes to the game

We work to keep the game running, but it is provided as is. It may be down, slow or change without notice. We may add, change or remove features, cards, items, competitions and rules, and we will announce big changes on the site and in Telegram. Items you already own stay yours, as the Terms of sale explain.

No warranty and limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, the game and the site are provided as is, with no promise that they will be free of errors, always available or right for any purpose. We aren't responsible for losses from wallet or blockchain problems, network fees, scams on other sites, lost keys, or the price of any token.

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live that can't be limited.

Ending

You can stop using the game any time. To have your data deleted, see the Privacy policy. We may suspend or end a profile that breaks these terms or puts other players at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept it. If you don't agree, stop using the game.
